RSC Battery replacement

• Battery Replacement Service: This Battery Replacement Service applies to RSC dashcams purchased from our company. In the event that the dashcam’s battery needs replacement, the customer is responsible for sending the camera back to our designated repair center.
• Shipping Responsibility: The customer shall bear the shipping costs associated with sending the RSC dashcam to our repair center for battery replacement.
• Replacement Cost and Standard Shipping: The replacement cost for the battery includes standard shipping fees for returning the repaired dashcam back to the customer within Canada and the United States. Please note that standard shipping is not available for remote areas.
• Remote Areas Exclusion: For customers residing in remote areas within Canada and the United States, additional shipping charges may apply. Prior to sending the dashcam for battery replacement, customers from such remote areas are advised to contact our customer support team to inquire about the applicable shipping fees.
